Helping our furry friends
Steadfast Nutrition founder Aman Puri has been contributing to NGOs for furry friends for years now.
Who would not love to celebrate success, share love, and make every life matter? Being an animal lover makes such initiatives opportunities and gives fulfilment to any dog lover.
It’s an open secret that the contribution to NGOs for several stray dogs for many years is an outcome of Mr Puri’s love for them. He donated food, which will be used to feed the stray dogs. The NGO has expressed gratitude for his support and said his contributions will make a real difference in the lives of many dogs.
Mr Puri has long been a vocal advocate for animal welfare. He is a dog lover himself and has several pet dogs. He has supported several animal welfare causes in the past.
It was Jan 12, 2024, when Mr Aman Puri informed his team about his animal charity plans for the next day. We headed to the NGO Royal Happy Pooches Pet Boarding at Noida’s Sector 45 and were introduced to a caretaker of the dogs, Ms Shilpy Jain. The moment our vehicle reached the NGO’s door, all the dogs started barking, and being a dog lover I could feel their happiness.
I was not able to get out of the car because they were in front of the doors and were trying to get into the vehicle. Their eyes and enthusiastic barks indicated they were thrilled with our arrival. It seems like they remembered the vehicle.
They were climbing on us, holding our clothes by their mouths, leaving their caretaker teary-eyed and overwhelmed by our visit. She helped us feed the dogs. We played with the dogs and finally, it was time to say goodbye to our furry friends.
We thanked Ms Shilpy for giving us the opportunity to lend a helping hand to the NGO. She couldn’t stop thanking us. “I really needed this help for the pets and whenever I need help, somehow Aman sir comes into the picture as an angel”, she said.
It was difficult to close the door because the dogs were climbing on us – they were holding our legs like they did not want us to go. I just cannot express how emotional it was to bid adieu to them.
