Refund Policy

Steadfast Nutrition ensures careful inspection of products prior to shipment. In any case, if there is an error from our end and you have received wrong/damaged products, kindly notify us within 4 days. Once the product is received and investigated, we will inform you whether to discard the product or return us the same. We shall then dispatch a fresh product(s) as a replacement and reimburse the logistics cost directly to your account within 7 working days. Any damaged, leaking, tampered products cannot be returned if notified within 4 days.

Product(s) Returns will be Acceptable if:

The products received are damaged, leaking or tampered with

The damaged product(s) pictures sent to us meets the required criteria as proof

Wrong item(s) is delivered to you from Steadfast Nutrition

Wrong quantity of product(s) is delivered to you from Steadfast Nutrition

Product(s) will be replaced depending upon availability of the item

Product(s) Returns will be Unacceptable if:

Product(s) that is opened, used or have no manufacturing defects cannot be returned

Product(s) that is not in original condition cannot be returned

Product(s) that is damaged or tampered shall not qualify for a return or a refund

Product(s) returned to us should be in sealed and original packaging

How can you notify us for a return/refund?

Customers are requested to contact us via email, phone or live chat to give us the reason of return. Our executive shall thereafter require details like credentials, invoice, order number and so on to process the complaint. You must use a reliable courier service for returns and both the tracking and docket numbers must be shared with us.

Refunds Eligibility:

  1. No refunds will be made if the returned product is damaged or tampered with by you
  2. Incorrect shipping address provided while placing an order shall not be entertained
  3. When a part of the product is consumed and you have decided to return it, we will not accept a return
  4. If someone else uses your login ID/password to sign in and places an order, we will not be liable to pay any amount
  5. If someone else uses your card details and places an order, we will not be responsible for the same and no refund will be placed
  6. Apparel must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging
  7. Any product(s) that has been damaged, shows visible stain, markings, signs of wear or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return


If you have placed an order and for any reason, you wish to cancel the same, you must do so before we ship your order. Ensure that your details like name, contact number, order number and other order details are shared. The refund (if you have made a payment) will be made with 3% extra deductions as bank processing charges. When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, Rs. 200 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than Rs. 2500.
