Steadfast Athlete Suraj Karkera is a fierce hockey player who plays for the Indian men’s hockey team. He plays as the goalkeeper stopping the goals hit by the opposing team. He was also a part of junior Indian team from 2015 to 2017, where after was promoted to the senior team. He has also been serving as the junior commissioned officer in the Indian army for the last 2 years.

Achievements with the junior Indian Men’s Hockey team:


1. Silver Medal at Sultan Johor cup 2015 (Malaysia)


2. Gold Medal at Junior Asia cup 2015 (Malaysia)


3. Gold Medal at 4 Nation Cup 2016 (Spain)

5. Debuted at the senior Indian Men’s Hockey team on 9th August, 2017 (Belgium)
