Steadfast Nutrition Sponsors India’s Biggest Bodybuilding Championship at IHFF 2021

Steadfast Nutrition joined hands with the biggest names in the fitness industry  to present the largest bodybuilding championship in the country for amateur athletes at Asia's top health and fitness expo - the International Health, Sports, and Fitness Festival (IHFF) 2021. The event took place in Mumbai from December 3-5 and witnessed the participation of 500 athletes, over 100 exhibitors, and more than three lakh spectators. 

In preparation for the event, Steadfast Nutrition worked with industry titans like Manish Gandhi, owner of ABEC and IHFF organiser, and Sheru Angrish, founder of the Sheru Classic and a well-known personality in the fitness world.

Steadfast Nutrition was the proud presenting partner of the Amateur Olympia and the Sheru Classic Model Hunt. The prestigious Amateur Olympia, considered a gateway to the pro league championships, was sponsored by Steadfast Nutrition to provide Indian bodybuilders with opportunities to win International Federation of Body Buildings (IFBB) pro cards, catapulting them into the professional league of athletes.

Steadfast Nutrition also sponsored the Sheru Classic Model Hunt, a popular modelling competition in India where top athletes demonstrated their physique, strength, and confidence. 

It was no surprise that Steadfast Athletes claimed an impressive victory at the championships, with Dakini Sellamuthu and Jyoti Gupta gaining coveted pro cards and bringing glory to the Steadfast family.

Reflecting on the collaboration and the spectacular event, Aman Puri, founder of Steadfast Nutrition said it would go a long way in uplifting India’s fitness industry. Mr Puri emphasised the company's aim to back similar events in the future with the goal of helping India emerge as the sports capital of the world by 2050.

Mr. Manish Gandhi, Director of ABEC, praised Steadfast Nutrition for the consistent focus and energy they offered to the IHFF. He appreciated the company's efforts to support Indian bodybuilders and emphasised ABEC's desire to continue working with Steadfast on future sports and fitness achievements. 

Steadfast Nutrition’s supplements were crowd-pullers at the expo with Snergy, Active BCAA, HerbFast, Incredible Whey, and CollaStead emerging as huge favourites. 

Bodybuilding legends who were a part of this mega event included US champion bodybuilder Dr Tony Huge, renowned German bodybuilding star  Dennis James, three-time Mr Olympia hero Sergio Oliva, five-time Arnold Classic winner Dexter Jackson, and IFBB Pro Bhuvan Chauhan. 

Crowds thronged the Steadfast booth, sampling the nutritional supplements. Games and activities kept the audiences interested. The 'throw sampling' of supplements by Sheru Angrish, and renowned Steadfast athletes Rohit Shetty, Dr Mridula Saikia, and Sumeet Thapa pulled audiences on Day 2. 

Sprinking stardust at the venue were renowned Steadfast athletes, including Rohit Shetty, Arvind Soni, Sumeet Thapa, Dr Mridula Saikia, Dr Rita Jairath, and TV actor Shweta Gulati. It was a golden opportunity for passionate bodybuilders and fitness lovers to directly interact and learn from the champions. Rohit Shetty and Dr Mridula’s innovative ‘throw sampling’- tossing supplements among the crowds- was a big hit.
