TREATING ECZEMA WITH FISH OIL

There are many skin conditions , like eczema which is also known as Atopic dermatitis. It is an inflammatory condition where the skin gets affected. It’s a chronic disease which starts early in life.

The symptoms include itching, dryness, redness of the skin and can also result in skin lesions. These adverse symptoms can negatively impact the quality of life, sleep,  mood disturbances, and issues with self-esteem.

In conclusion, Eczema is a chronic skin inflammation disorder which needs treatment and more of natural therapies like fish oil may offer benefits to certain extent. Although, research has shown promising results in reduction of eczema symptoms but further research is needed to understand how it helps.
