Steadfast Athlete Kritika Negi,  an artist by profession, discovered running as a solution to her anxiety and depression in 2019. Since then, she has been a dedicated learner.  Kritika has participated in various marathons all over the country and found her way towards improved mental health. Today Kritika isn’t just a passionate runner but also a mentor who encourages people to adopt a  healthy lifestyle, and helps people fight stress and anxiety with exercise.  She also loves to experiment  with different art forms.
