Kirti Virmani
Steadfast Athlete Kirti Virmani started running to stay fit and motivated in life, eventually ending up pursuing her ultimate love i.e. long-distance cycling. She is a mother to two little munchkins who are her true inspiration. She has participated in a trial of events from 10 km race to a 21 km half marathon in India and internationally, SCMM (now TMM) Mumbai, Airtel Delhi Half Marathon, IDBI New Delhi Marathon, Pinkathon, Super Sikh run, etc. to name a few.
Events from her long distance cycling journey:
1. Achieved the SR (Super Randonneur) title by completing 600 km ,400km, 300 km and 200 km in the calendar year 2017-2018.
2. Rolling Wheels to Jaipur (Gurgaon to Jaipur in May 2016 - 235km)
3. Rolling Wheels to Timber Trail (India Gate to Timber Trail in Dec 2016 - 300km)
4. Rolling Wheels to Leh (Manali to Leh in 8 days in July 2017 - 475 km)
5. Tour de Golden Triangle of 750 km from Delhi-Agra-Jaipur in 3 days which is the longest ride till date.
6. Apart from all this she has completed 32 century rides, three 200 km Rides, three 300 km Rides, two 600 km ride
Till date she has covered approx. 12000 km through cycling (June 2017- June 2019)
Achievements :
- Bagged 3rd position in DIT back to back in 2018 and 2019 in Duathlon
- Bagged 2nd position in cycling race held at KMP express by MOB
- Podium (2nd) in summer vacation Half Marathon 2018
- Podium (2nd) Gurugram Half Marathon
- International participation:
- Rockingham Half Marathon Western Australia, 2017

- She is also the Ambassador for Amritsar Half Marathon, Juniorun New Delhi, Juniorun Jaipur, Gurugram Criterium and Amity marathon .
